At SmileLine, we believe your emotions are the most private part of who you are. Our privacy philosophy is simple: We don't want your private emotional data.
1. Data Collection & Privacy
SmileLine does NOT collect your personal emotional content, including mood selections and emotional records. Every mood you record stays entirely on your device. We have no access to the moods you select or the emotional history you create. We have no servers and no way to see your personal journey.
2. Storage & Syncing
Your devices talk directly to each other. SmileLine synchronizes your data instantly between your iPhone and Apple Watch using a secure, local connection within your personal device ecosystem.
Offline by Design: Your emotional history exists only on the hardware you own. This ensures the highest level of privacy, but also means your data stays fully under your control.
3. Stability & Analytics
To ensure SmileLine provides a reliable and healing experience, we use industry-standard tools to monitor app stability.
- Anonymized Usage: We may monitor interactions like app launches or screen visits to improve our features.
- Crash Reports: We collect anonymous technical data to identify and fix bugs instantly.
This information is handled in an anonymized or aggregated manner where possible and is never used to identify your personal emotional records.
4. Payments & Deletion
App Store Purchases: All transactions are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your credit card information or billing address.
Data Deletion: You have full control. You can wipe your entire history at any time by removing the app from your devices, subject to your device's backup settings.

We may update this policy periodically. Since we don't collect your contact information, we encourage you to check this page for any updates. Our commitment to keeping your emotional data private will never change.
